Shipping & Returns 

Shipping Policy


A change legislation for postal regulations has now forbidden the use of traditional postal services for the carriage of perfumes to destinations outside of the United Kingdom. We therefore must find different ways of dispatching international orders, and we have introduced a higher charge to cover postage and packing as a result. 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, there are restrictions on some products and we may not be able to ship to every international destination.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of product. We offer free shipping for anywhere within the UK,  £15 for European addresses and £50 to the rest of the world, irrespective of weight or value of product.

    Order now for Royal Mail or DPD delivery in 3 to 5 working days. 


  • UK Next Day Delivery

    Order by 12:00pm (Mon - Fri) for Royal Mail or DPD Next Day Delivery.


  • International Delivery Europe

    Delivery available to selected European countries.

      Order now for delivery in 3 to 5 working days. 

      From £5 to £15

  • International Delivery Rest of the World

      Order now for delivery in 3 to 5 working days. 

      From £10 to £50

Return & Exchange Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
